This majestic working olive grove surrounded by picturesque hills is Seka Hills, a new venue for weddings and events in the heart of the Capay Valley. The photos were taken while the fires in Napa were still going, otherwise you’d see the sweeping landscape of trees and golden hills. The majestic oak close to the event space makes for an impressive backdrop.
Our team started with gray as our neutral, with silver and pastels in peach and lavender with only hints of pink — expect to see these colors shine in 2018/2019 weddings. A simple birch arch draped in gray gauzy fabric framed the olive trees and oaks in the distance. Simple lanterns and loose, draping florals created an easy romantic look.
The cake station on rolling cart adds a touch of glamour to the rustic, natural scenery. The cake is layered in varying heights, with a little ruffle, silver metallic, and white pearl tiers. Don’t forget a little rhinestone wrap to bling it up!
Our wedding took shape with farm tables covered with a lace runner, olive branches and delightful low arrangements in peach and lavender. The sweetheart table and bench were accented by including lanterns and sprigs of olive with more peach and lavender flowers, plus an assortment of gray throw pillows on the loveseat. Lets not forget a cozy lounge with comfortable seating in the midst of the beautiful olive orchards around this huge firepit. Perfect for enjoying a s’more or a glass of Séka Hills wine while evening descends.
