It used to be tradition to throw rice as the couple left the ceremony to the reception. However, most venues these days have restrictions on what you can toss. Rice is bad for the birds, bird seed is messy. Flower petals are pretty, but leave behind a mess too. And confetti and glitter are out of the question. So what’s a great alternative?
